As a small business owner who was on the fence about spending the money to outsource my IT management; I was so happy I did the day my computer was stolen. Within moments of having my computer stolen, Direct Results and their team had a new computer ordered and set up quickly upon its arrival. My data both personal and professional were protected as all passwords were changed and they were even able to track when the stolen laptop was turned on and what the geographical location of the machine was.
